Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá investiční činností v zemědělském podniku ZEOS LOMNICE a.s. Teoretická část práce řeší otázku investičních záměrů, zdrojů krytí a metod hodnotících projekty. Zvoleny byly především dynamické metody, které zohledňují faktor času. Hlavní metody jsou čistá současná hodnota, vnitřní výnosové procento a diskontovaná doba návratnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na výměnu nového kotle na zemní plyn z původního na tuhá paliva a výstavbu plnící CNG stanice. Teoretická část je východiskem pro hodnocení těchto dvou investičních záměrů. Zvolené dynamické metody u rekonstrukce topení neukázaly přijatelnost projektu, na druhou stranu musí být tato investice do konce srpna 2022 realizována. U plnící CNG stanice se ukázala přijatelnost projektu a rostoucí potenciál v návazných služeb pro zákazníky. Tato práce přispěla ke kontrole stavu a stáří kotlů i na ostatních střediscích.
This diploma thesis (Evaluation of Financial Possibilities for Realizing an Investment Project) deals with the of investment activities within the agricultural company ZEOS LOMNICE a.s. The first part of this thesis avers the theoretical basis of investment plans, fading sources and project evaluation methods. Dynamical methods reflecting the factor of time have been chosen as the most appropriate. Specifically the methods of Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Discounted Payback Period. The second part of this thesis is focused on a specific project whose goal was to replace an old, solid fuel using boiler with a new one that runs on compressed natural gas and also to build a CNG filling station. The first, theoretical part of the diploma thesis serves as the basis for economical evaluation of these two investment plans. The applied dynamical methods of evaluation have not shown the boiler replacement project to be plausible. Nevertheless, this investment must still be implemented by the end of August 2022. The filling station project on the other hand has not only proved to be plausible but shows growing potencial of related customer services. This thesis contributes to work-safety by ensuring technical inspection in all resorts.
