Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj zahraničního obchodu Ukrajiny od roku 2015 až 2023 a analyzuje klíčové změny ve vývozu a dovozu zboží, ve struktuře obchodních partnerů a v komoditním složení exportu a importu, které byly způsobeny geopolitickými a ekonomickými událostmi, zejména v souvislosti s válečným konfliktem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům mezinárodního a zahraničního obchodu a představuje hlavní teorie mezinárodního obchodu od merkantilismu přes klasickou a neoklasickou ekonomii až po moderní alternativní přístupy. Dále se zaměřuje na obchodní politiku, její nástroje a roli vybraných mezinárodních organizací v oblasti zahraničního obchodu. Praktická část se soustředí na analýzu makroekonomických ukazatelůUkrajiny, komoditní struktury zahraničního obchodu a vývoje spolupráce s klíčovými obchodními partnery. Dále jsou identifikovány hlavní změny, které nastaly po roce 2022 v důsledku válečného konfliktu. V rámci praktické části je nastíněn také možný vývoj zahraničního obchodu Ukrajiny v nadcházejícím období.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of Ukraine's foreign trade from 2015 to 2023 and analyses the key changes in exports and imports of goods, in the structure of trading partners and in the commodity composition of exports and imports, which were caused by geopolitical and economic events, especially in connection with the war conflict. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts of international and foreign trade and introduces the main theories of international trade from mercantilism through classical and neoclassical economics to modern alternative approaches. It also focuses on trade policy, its instruments and the role of selected international organisations in the field of foreign trade. The practical part focuses on the analysis of Ukraine's macroeconomic indicators, the commodity structure of foreign trade and the development of cooperation with key trading partners. In addition, the main changes that occurred after 2022 as a result of the war conflict are identified. The practical part also outlines the possible development of Ukraine's foreign trade in the coming period.
