Abstract
Práce s názvem Pojištění přerušení provozu jako významný prvek plánu kontinuity podniku se zabývá přípravou plánu kontinuity podniku, vyhodnocením a výběrem vhodného pojistného produktu pojištění přerušení provozu. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření plánu kontinuity s využitím pojištění přerušení. Práce přináší pohled na využití pojištění přerušení provozu v plánu kontinuity podniku jako možnost financování obnovy při přerušení. Teoretická část práce se soustředí na vymezení pojmů z oblasti pojišťovnictví, rizik a risk managementu a kontinuity podnikání. Následně se práce zaměřuje na představení vybraného podniku a analýzu rizik ve vybraném podniku. V rámci analýzy jsou u vybraného podniku identifikována a vyhodnocena rizika podniku, která mohou svou určitou závažností nebo pravděpodobností způsobit přerušení provozu. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou doporučena opatření pro řízení rizik v podniku. Dle vyhodnocené analýzy rizik byl na základě komparativní analýzy pojistných podmínek pojišťoven na tuzemském a zahraničním trhu doporučen produkt pojištění přerušení provozu. V závěru práce jsou připraveny kroky plánu kontinuity podniku s využitím pojištění přerušení provozu.
The thesis entitled Business Interruption Insurance as an Important Element of Business Continuity Plan deals with the preparation of the steps of business continuity plan, evaluation and selection of an appropriate business interruption insurance product. The main objective of the thesis is to develop a business continuity plan using business interruption insurance. The thesis provides a perspective on the use of business interruption insurance in a business continuity plan as an option for interruption recovery financing. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of insurance, risk management and business continuity concepts. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the introduction of the selected enterprise and the analysis of risks in the selected company. The analysis identifies and evaluates the risks of the selected company that may cause business interruption by their certain severity or probability. On the basis of the analysis carried out, risk management measures are recommended for the enterprise. According to the evaluated risk analysis, a business interruption insurance product was recommended on the basis ofa comparative analysis of insurance terms and conditions of insurance companies on the domestic and foreign markets. At the end of the thesis, the steps of the business continuity plan using business interruption insurance are prepared.
