Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem zušlechťování a povrchovou úpravou netkané textilie formou zatírání disperzním pojivem ve formě pěny, raklí na přesně definovanou mezeru mezi raklí a zatíracím válcem. V experimentu byly vytvořeny dvě verze, které byly zatřeny rozdílnými druhy disperzních pojiv ve formě pěny. Takto vyrobené vzorky byly testovány, s ohledem na změny v jejich mechanicko, fyzikálních vlastnostech. Cílem této práce, bylo navrhnutí experimentů, které vedou ke zlepšení elastických vlastností takto povrstvených materiálů.
This bachelor thesis deals with the study of finishing and surface treatment of nonwovens by means of dispersion bonding in the form of foam, the coating knife to a precisely defined gap between the coating knife and the cylinder. Two versions were created in the experiment, which were covered by different types of dispersion binders in the form of foam. The samples thus produced were tested, taking into account changes in their mechanical, physical properties. The aim of this work was to design experiments that improve the elastic properties of such coated materials.
