Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je Zaměstnávání lidí s mentálním postižením. Cílem práce je zmapovat oblast zaměstnávání lidí s mentálním postižením a zjistit, jaký význam má zaměstnávání lidí s mentálním postižním pro zaměstnavatele a pro samotné lidi s mentálním postižením.Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Jedná se o část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část poskytuje základní informace týkající se problematiky zaměstnávání lidí s mentálním postižením z hlediska teoretického. Jedná se o definice, pojmy, přístupy, práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatelů.V empirické části provedla autorka šetření týkající se problematiky zaměstnávání lidí s mentálním postižením. Tento výzkum rozšířil práci o praktické zkušenosti a postoje zaměstnavatelů a osob s mentálním postižením, tedy osob, kterých se problematiky přímo dotýká.
The theme of the bachelor thesis is Employment of People Suffering from Mental Disease. The aim of the work is to map the field of the employment of people suffering from mental disease and find out what is the importance of employment of people suffering from mental disease for employers and for people suffering from mental disease.Bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts - the theoretical and the empirical. The theoretical part provides with basic information about employment of people suffering from mental disease especially definitions, terms, attitudes, employer's rights and obligations.The empirical part provides a survey aimed at employment of people suffering from mental disease. The survey is aimed at practical information from employers and people suffering from mental disease who are involved in this issue.
