Abstract
Geometrické parametry čedičových vláken ANOTACE Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem geometrických parametrů čedičových vláken a jejich cirkularitou. Průměry vláken byly zjišťovány pomocí tří různých metod: stanovení průměru čedičových vláken pomocí laseru, stanovení průměru vlákna metodou dopadajícího světla, stanovení průměru vlákna metodou procházejícího světla Použití vláken je dáno širokou surovinovou základnou, možností průmyslového zpracování, jejich výbornými technickými možnostmi a v neposlední řadě i nízkou cenou. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a experimentální. Teoretická část je zaměřena na souhrn poznatků o struktuře, vlastnostech, výrobě a použití čedičových vláken. Experimentální část je soustředěna na vlastní experiment. Ten byl proveden na čedičových vláknech, ruské a belgické výroby. Byly zjišťovány výše uvedené vlastnosti vláken a na závěr jsou statisticky zpracovány a zhodnoceny výsledky měření.
Geometrical properties of basalt fibers ANNOTATION This diploma work considers studying of geomertical properties of basalt fibers and their cirkularity. Diameters of fibers were found by three different methods : assessment of diameter of basalt fibers help with a laser, assessment of diameter of basalt fibers by method in incident light, assessment of diameter of basalt fibers by method transmitted light. The use of fibres is different due to the wide raw material basis, thanks to manufacturing possibilities, their excellent technological occasion and last but not least succession to the low price. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part is concrete on the summary of structure, about properties, production and use of basalt fibres. The experimental part is focused to the experiment itself. It was performed with the basalt fibres of Russian and Belgian production. Height presentation properties of fibers was detection and at the conclusion of the thesis are statistically processed and summarised the measurement results.
