Abstract
Předkládaná práce se zaobírá problematikou vlivu turismu na zaměstnanost v turistickém regionu Český ráj. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první se čtenář seznámí s danou turistickou oblastí (dochází k vymezení zkoumaného regionu, popisu historie CHKO Český ráj, Geoparku Český ráj či nejvýznamnějších měst oblasti a dochází také k popisu architektonických a přírodních zajímavostí Českého ráje). V druhé části na čtenáře čeká seznámení se základními pojmy z oblasti cestovního ruchu (definice turismu a jeho dělení, popis účastníků cestovního ruchu či seznámení s objekty nabídky v oblasti turismu) a konečně v třetí části se čtenář obeznámí se základními pojmy z oblasti zaměstnanosti (a také například s pracovními příležitostmi v turismu). Praktická část této práce je rozdělena také na tři části. První část se věnuje zkoumání závislosti mezi zaměstnaností a počtem lůžek v hromadných ubytovacích zařízeních v ČR. V druhé části dochází k aplikaci zjištěné závislosti na data z Českého ráje (čtenář se tak dozví, kolik osob v cestovním ruchu v Českém ráji pracuje, jaké je jejich dosažené vzdělání či věkové a genderové složení). V poslední části dochází k predikci vývoje založené na dříve zjištěných datech.
This thesis occupies with an impact of tourism on employment in the tourist region Bohemian Paradise. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. In the first part, the reader is informed about the tourist area (the definition of the studied region, description of the history of the PLA Bohemian Paradise and the history of the Geopark Bohemian Paradise, informed about the most important cities in the area and there is also a description of the architectural and natural attractions of the Bohemian Paradise), in the second part of this bachelor thesis, the reader learns about concepts of tourism (definition of tourism and its parts, description of tourists or information about objects of offer in tourism) and finally in the third part of this text, the reader is acquainted with the basic concepts of employment (and also, for example, with job opportunities in tourism). The practical part of this thesis is also divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to examining the relationship between employment and the number of beds in collective accommodation establishments in the Czech Republic. In the second part, it comes to the application of the discovered dependence on data from the Bohemian Paradise (this way, the reader finds out how many people from the tourism sector work in the Bohemian Paradise, what their highest educational attainment is or age and gender distribution). The last part contains a prediction of the future development based on the previously discovered data.
