Abstract
Má bakalářská práce zahrnuje skupiny skleněných objektů vytvořených různými technologiemi. Základním spojovacím prvkem celé mé práce je šestihran - nejpevnější tvar, přírodní motiv z oblasti včelařství, jež mi bylo inspirací. Pracovala jsem technikou tavené plastiky, později jsem začala sklo zpracovávat dvěma dalšími technologiemi - technikou Tiffany a skla lehaného do prostoru. Technikou tavené plastiky jsem vytvořila soubor včelích pláství, objekty složené z třinácti šestiúhelníků. Jsou několikanásobně zvětšené, protože skleněné plastice přísluší hmota a objem. Některé mají díky vnitřním otvorům svou funkci, jiné slouží jen jako objekty. Při hledání dalších funkčních stránek tohoto tvaru jsem začala pracovat s technikou Tiffany a s lehaným sklem, a vytvořila tak sklo určené ke stolování - mísy, tác a talířky.
My bachelor project includes groups of glass obejcts made by various technologies. The basic binding element of my entire work is hexagon - the stiffest shape, native motive from the area of beekeeping, which was an inspiration to me. I worked with melted glass sculpture technique, later, I started to work the glass by other two technologies - Tiffany vitrage technique and fused glass technique. By melted sculpture I made parts of honeycombs from glass, objects composited from a thirteen hexagons. They are severalfold enhanced and grown bigger, because the glass suits matter and volume. Some have their own use thanks to their inner apertures, some are used just as objects. In next searching of workable ways of that shape, I have discovered the Tiffany technique and fused glass teqniue, and I've created glass used to dining - basins, plate and dessert plates.
