| dc.description.abstract | The baccalauréate work is considering marketing communications for the company Zitex, which operates in ready-made articles of technical textiles. It is mentioned communication mix and his components and the current situation between the company Zitex and her target/groups. Among the permanent subscribers was performed marketing research for help the questionnaire, which aimed to determine how customers are satisfied with communication between them and the company Zitex. This paper tries to find new ways to spread communication with others and thereby find out more specific requirements of target customers. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovou komunikací pro firmu Zitex, která podniká v oblasti konfekčních výrobků z technického textilu. Je zmíněn komunikační mix a jeho složky a současná komunikační situace mezi firmou Zitex a jejími cílovými zákazníky / skupinami. Mezi stálými odběrateli byl proveden marketingový výzkum za pomoci dotazníku, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak jsou s komunikací s firmou Zitex spokojeni. Tato práce se snaží najít nové možnosti v šíření komunikace s okolím a tím i zjistit konkrétnější požadavky cílových zákazníků. | cs |
