Abstract
Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku poruch autistického spektra u dětí a vliv odlehčovacích služeb Homesharing na kvalitu jejich života. Teoretická část práce je věnována podrobnému rozboru konceptu Homesharing a jeho potenciální změně v kvalitě života rodin sdětmi s poruchou autistického spektra. Cílem praktické části je prostřednictvím strukturovaných rozhovorů s rodinami a hostiteli zhodnotit, jak Homesharing ovlivňuje kvalitu života a vede k pozitivním změnám u rodin s dětmi s poruchou autistického spektra. Poznatky získané prostřednictvím zkoumaného vzorku pomohou pochopit potřeby těchto rodin. Výsledky této práce mohou mít důležitý dopad jako zpětná vazba organizacím, které se zabývají Homesharingem a také mohou poskytnout větší informovanost společnosti a přivést do této služby více hostitelů.
The bachelor's thesis examines the issue of autism spectrum disorders in children and the impact of Homesharing relief services on their quality of life. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to a detailed analysis of the Homesharing concept and its potential change in the quality of life of families with children with autism spectrum disorder. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate, through structured interviews with families and hosts, how Homesharing affects the quality of life and leads to positive changes in families with children with autism spectrum disorder. The knowledge obtained through the examined sample will help to understand the needs of these families. The results of this work can have an important impact as feedback to Homesharing organizations and can also provide more awareness to the company and bring more hosts to the service.
