Abstract
Tato diplomova prace se zabyva zavadenim procesniho rizeni ve vybrane spolecnosti, dle pozadavku norem ISO 14001 a 9001. Pricemz cely proces je v prakticke casti prace realizovan formou projektu, jehoz ucelem je certifikace systemu rizeni a zvyseni konkurenceschopnosti dane spolecnosti. Teoreticka cast se tedy z velike casti zabyva technickymi normami a procesnim rizenim, jehoz soucasti je i rizeni projektove. Cilem teto prace je priprava systemu rizeni na certifikaci podle pozadavku norem ISO 9001:2015 a 14001:2015, a s tim souvisejici spravne zavedeni procesniho rizeni. Vysledkem prace bude navod pro vhodnou pripravu systemu rizeni, overeny v praxi samotnou autorkou, ktera se na realizaci tohoto projektu vyznamne podilela.
The master thesis is dealing with implementation of process management in selected company in accordance to requirements of norms ISO 14001 and 9001. In practical part is whole process realized in form of a project. The purpose of this project is to certificate systems of management and to enhance competitivness in the company. Teoretical part is from majority concerned on technical norms and particularly on process management, containing also project management. Goal of this project is to prepare systems of management for certification in accordance to requirements of ISO 9001 and 14001 norms and in relation to this to implement process management in the right way. The result of this paper will be a guideline for preparing management systems in the right way verified by author of the master thesis, who participated a lot on the project realization.
