Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na prostorovou a funkční strukturu centrální části města Děčín. Prostor města je zmapován z pohledu funkce, využití ploch a jejich vzájemných vztahů, které jsou na základě své struktury rozděleny do zón. A následně se zaměřuje na změny v prostorové struktuře města (např. ghettoizace, revitalizace, apod.). Závěr práce se zaměřuje na problémy a možná řešení v jednotlivých sférách města. A pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou buď vyvráceny, nebo potvrzeny stanovené hypotézy.
This bachelor thesis is focused on urban structure of the central part of city Děčín. The space of the city is mapped from the point-of-view of function, land use and theirs relations, which are according to their structure divided into zones. The next part is focused on changes in special structure of the city (e.g. ghettoization, revitalization, etc.). The end of the work is focused on problems and possible solutions in individual spheres of the city. A questionaire was used to test the hypotheses.
