Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá hledáním alternativní náhrady vlákna PA6 FDY 67f12 SD RD CPS, při výrobě volejbalových míčů společnosti Gala a.s. V teoretické části je proveden průzkum dané problematiky, který zahrnuje analýzu výrobního procesu lepených volejbalových míčů, definici parametrů volejbalových míčů a požadavky kladené na alternativní náhradu vlákna. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše možných vlákenných náhrad s přehledem jejich charakteristických vlastností. Praktická část obsahuje popis a výsledky zkoušek prováděných na alternativních vláknech a jejich vyhodnocení statistickými metodami. Na základě porovnání výsledků experimentu s poznatky získanými v teoretické části, jsou v závěru práce navrhnuta možná teoretická východiska řešeného problému.
This diploma thesis focuses on searching for an alternative substitute for the fibre PA6 FDY 67f12 SD RD CPS in the production of volleyball balls by the company Gala a.s. In the theoretical part, a research in the given field, which includes the analysis of the manufacturing process of glued volleyball balls, the definition of volleyball balls parameters and requirements on the alternative substitute of the fibre, is executed. In the theoretical part, a search of possible fibrous substitutes along with a list of their characteristics is also carried out. The practical part contains the description and results of tests executed on alternative fibres and their evaluation using statistics methods. Based on the comparison of the results of the experiment with the information obtained in the theoretical part, possible theoretical solutions to the problem are suggested in the conclusions.
