dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o epitéze s integrovaným elektrostimulátorem jako o rehabilitačně kompenzační pomůcce, která má zároveň estetickou funkci. Seznamuje čtenáře s epitézou coby estetickou náhradou ubyté svalové tkáně u osob s atrofií svalů dolních končetin. Na úvod se zabývá příčinami tělesných postižení, která jsou provázena ochrnutím nohou. Svalstvo kvůli nepohyblivosti ztrácí na objemu, a odění do konfekčních velikostí tak nevyhovuje požadavkům potencionálního zákazníka. Práce představuje různé výrobní techniky, možnosti výběru materiálů a volby tvaru epitézy. Detailně ukazuje postup výroby a realizaci prototypu a navrhuje integrování elektrostimulační jednotky do epitézy jako jednu z možností rehabilitace.cs
dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis introduces a epithesis with the integrated electro-stimulator as a rehabilitating and compensating aid which also has the esthetic function. It presents the epithesis as an esthetic replacement of a missing muscular tissue for people with the atrophy of the lower extremities. First, it deals with the causes of the disabilities that are accompanied by muscular paralysis. Muscles lose their volume on account of immovability, and therefore the ready-made clothing is not suitable for the customer any more. This work discusses various manufacturing techniques, material possibilities and the shape choices for such epithesis. It shows in detail the manufacturing procedure and the realization of a prototype. Finally, it proposes the integration of the electro-stimulating unit into the epithesis which extends the possibilities of rehabilitation.en
