dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium distribuce organochlorovaných pesticidů ve dvou typech dřevní biomasy. Konkrétně se jednalo o pesticid hexachlorcyklohexan - HCH (včetně jeho izomerů) a dřeviny olše lepkavé a břízy bělokoré. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkoumání distribuce hexachlorcyklohexanu při použití metody experimentálního výzkumu. Pro toto studium byly provedeny odběry z těchto dvou zkoumaných dřevin za pomoci dvou extrakčních metod, extrakce organickými rozpouštědly a metodou SPME. Takto připravené vzorky byly poté zpracovány plynovou chromatografií s hmotnostním spektrometrem (GC/MSMS). Na základě výsledků provedených analýz biomas dvou dřevin, olše lepkavé a břízy bělokoré, byla prokázána přítomnost organochlorovaného pesticidu - HCH v obou těchto dřevinách. Analýzou získaných experimentálních dat a jejím zhodnocením byla zjištěna rozdílná distribuce hexachlorycklohexanu u zkoumaných dřevin. Provedený výzkum tak prokázal rozdílnost chování HCH mezi danými dřevinami a také vhodnost těchto dřevin pro phytoscreening v případě tohoto pesticidu.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis studies distribution of organochlorinated pesticides in two types of researched biomass. The studied pesticide is called hexachlorcyklohexane - HCH (his isomers are also included in the study) and trees common alder and silver birch. The experimental part focuses on learning about distribution of hexachlorcyklohexane using experimental research method. To learn about this distribution, samples were taken from the two researched biomasses. These samples were prepared using two extraction methods, SPME and extraction by organic solvents. Samples prepared in this way were then processed by gas chromatography with mass spectrometer (GC/MSMS). On the basis of results done by the analysis, presence of organochlorinated pesticide - HCH was proven in both researched trees. By evaluating the results of analysis, different distribution of hexachlorcyklohexane in the two trees was found. This research proved different behaviour of HCH between the trees and also proved that these trees can be used for phytoscreening.en
