dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je navrhnout a vyrobit jednoduchý přístroj pro hodnocení zlomové vrásky na textilii určené pro potah automobilových sedaček. Touto zlomovou vráskou se rozumí vzhledový defekt na povrchu textilie, který se negativně podepisuje na výsledné kvalitě autopotahu. Pro tento přístroj je navržena vhodná metodika pro měření a samotné vyhodnocení, která je postavena na principu cyklického mačkání testovaného vzorku. Konstrukce přístroje vychází z informací obsažených v rešeršní části práce, kde jsou popsány některé dosud užívané metody a přístroje pro hodnocení ohybového chování textilie, především ohybové tuhosti a deformačního úhlu. Přístroj je doplněn výkresovou dokumentací vytvořenou v CAD programovém prostředí. Veškerá měření jsou díky snímací kameře zaznamenána a následně uložena na přiloženém DVD nosiči.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this diploma thesis is to design and produce a simple-working device for the evaluation of break lines on textile materials for car seat covering. This break line is a visual defect on the surface of the fabric, which is negatively imprinted on the resulting quality of the car seat covering. There is a methodology for measurement and evaluation of break lines proposed in this thesis. This methodology is based on the cyclic pressing of the test sample. The construction of the device is rising from the information contained in the literature search part of the thesis, where some of the methods and devices used to evaluate the bending behavior of the fabric are described. Namely these characteristics are flexural stiffness and the deformation angle. Drawing documentation of the device created in the CAD software is enclosed as well. All measurements are recorded by a camera and stored on the enclosed DVD media.	en
