dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce pojednává o hodnotě nástrojů business intelligence z hlediska optimální manipulace s daty a rozhodování v malých podnicích. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny klíčové pojmy tématiky business intelligence. Dále jsou představeny hlavní komponenty a nástroje, bez kterých nelze BI řešení tvořit. Poté jsou popsány cíle a koncepty BI. Na závěr teoretické části jsou představeny možnosti využití business intelligence v malých podnicích a jaké výhody a omezení takové řešení má. V praktické části je nejprve popsán výchozí stav ve vybraném malém podniku. Dále jsou analyzovány možnosti, jak výchozí stav řešit. Poté je popsán proces výběru vhodného řešení a následně jsou rozebrány jednotlivé kroky návrhu samotného BI řešení pro podnik. Pomocí dotazování a analýz jsou data zkoumána a výsledky jsou představeny ve formě dashboardů. Dále je vedena diskuze o řešení a jeho omezeních. Nakonec je sepsán souhrn práce a nastínění možných rozšíření modelu do budoucnosti. V závěru jsou veškeré poznatky a postupy shrnuty a zhodnoceny.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis discusses the value of business intelligence tools in terms of optimal data manipulation and decision making in small businesses. In theoretical part, the key concepts of business intelligence are explained. Then the main components and tools of BI are introduced. The objectives and concepts of BI are described next and at the end of the theoretical part, the possibilities of using business intelligence in small businesses are presented together with the advantages and limitations of such solutions. In the practical part, the initial situation in chosen small business is described first. Then the options for solving the initial state are analysed. Next, the process of choosing a suitable solution is described and the individual steps of the design of the BI solution are broken down. The data is explored with queries and analytics and the results are presented in the form of dashboards. Then there is discussion about the solution and its limitations. Finally, a summary of the practical part and the possibilities of future expansion of the model is outlined. At the end, all findings and procedures are summarized and evaluated.	en
