Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zefektivnění informačního systému podniku zaměřeného na telekomunikaci. Předmětem práce je analýza vybraného podniku a jím využívaného informačního systému, nalezení neefektivních míst a jejich následné zefektivnění. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice zefektivnění podnikových informačních systémů, vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti informačních systémů v podniku a trendů či požadavků na dnešní informační systémy. Na okraj se zde autor zmiňuje také o bezpečnosti napříč informačními systémy a jak se vyvarovat jejich potenciálnímu napadení. Praktická část se zabývá informačním systémem využívaným firmou Dragon Internet a.s. přičemž aplikuje poznatky z teoretické části této bakalářské práce. Analýzy neefektivních míst jsou zhodnoceny a následně jsou navrženy doporučení na případné změny, které

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of improving the efficiency of the information system of a company focused on telecommunications. The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the selected enterprise, the used information system, finding inefficient places and their subsequent streamlining. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of improving efficiency of business information systems, defining basic concepts in the field of enterprise information systems and trends or requirements for today's information systems. In the margin, the author also mentions security across information systems and how to avoid potential attacks. The practical part covers the information system used by Dragon Internet Inc. and applies findings from the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis. The ineffective places are analysed and then recommendations are proposed for possible changes that could be made to them.
