Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá modifikací maloprůměrové cévní náhrady heparinem a nanocelulózou. Rešeršní část diplomové práce je zaměřena na cévní náhrady, cévní systém, hemostázu a modifikaci maloprůměrových cévních náhrad.Experimentální část je zaměřena na samotnou modifikaci maloprůměrové cévní náhrady heparinem a nanocelulózou. Dále se zabývá testováním modifikovaných materiálů pomocí endotelových buněk, testování trombogenicity a vlivu účinku heparinu na buňky.
This master thesis deals with modification of small-diameter graft by heparin and nano-cellulose. Literature search was conducted to find a suitable procedures mainly focused on vascular grafts, vascular system, haemostasis and modification of small-diameter vascular grafts. Experimental part includes the modification of small-diameter vascular graft by heparin and nanocellulose itself. It is also focused on testing of modificated materials by endothelial cells, testing of thrombogenicity and the effect of heparin on cells.
