Abstract
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá současný stav transferu technologií na vybrané české univerzitě. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout zefektivnění procesu transferu výsledků výzkumu a vývoje v oblasti technologií na základě zhodnocení současného stavu jeho nastavení včetně aktuálních postupů a mechanismů, které univerzita využívá. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na inovační proces, duševní vlastnictví a metody jeho ochrany, jakož i na možné formy transferu technologií a roli univerzit v tomto procesu. Praktická část vychází z teoretických poznatků a analyzuje na základě dostupných informací a dat aktuální stav a formy komercializace výsledků výzkumu a vývoje v této organizaci, vývoj duševního vlastnictví za uplynulé období deseti let včetně mezinárodního přesahu. Předložená případová studie hodnotí současný stav vybraného evropského patentu a představí návrh na jeho komercializaci. Na základě zjištění jsou v závěru práce formulovány náměty a doporučení pro zlepšení nastavení přenosu transferu technologií a komercializace výzkumných výsledků na této univerzitě.
This master's thesis examines the current state of technology transfer at a selected Czech university. The aim of the thesis is to propose streamlining the process of transfer of research and development results in the field of technology based on an evaluation of the current state of its settings, including the current procedures and mechanisms used by the university. The theoretical part focuses on the innovation process, intellectual property and methods of its protection, as well as on possible forms of technology transfer and the role of universities in this process. The practical part is based on theoretical knowledge and analyzes, on the basis of available information and data, the current state and forms of commercialization of research and development results in this organization, the development of intellectual property over the past ten years, including international overlap. The presented case study evaluates the current state of the selected European patent and presents a proposal for its commercialization. Based on the findings, suggestions and recommendations are formulated at the conclusion of the thesis for improving the transfer of technology transfer and commercialization of research results at this university.
