Abstract
Diplomová práce Finanční aspekty akvizice podniku si klade za cíl zhodnotit dopady akvizice na hospodaření společnosti Electro World. s.r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje definice základních pojmů spjatých s danou problematikou, legislativní úpravu akvizic v České republice spolu s charakteristikou použitých účetních výkazů a ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Praktická část je věnována představení společností Electro World s.r.o. a NAY a.s., popisu legislativního procesu akvizice a zpracování finanční analýzy. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné výsledky a formulace doporučení s ohledem na budoucí vývoj společnosti.
The aim of the thesis Financial aspects of the company's acquisition is to evaluate the impact of the acquisition on financial performance of the company Electro World s.r.o. The theoretical part contains definitions of fundamental terms connected with the problematic, legislation of acquisitions in the Czech Republic together with definitions of used financial statements and indicators of financial analysis. The practical part is focused on the description of the companies Electro World s.r.o. and Nay a.s., describes the legislative process of the acquisition and the elaboration of the financial analysis. The thesis concludes with ascertained results and formulations of recommendations with regard to the future development of the company.
