dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem Pracovní uplatnění osob s tělesným postižením, jejímž cílem je porovnat reálné pracovní uplatnění osob s tělesným postižením s jejich dosaženým vzděláním, je zaměřena na to, co tělesné postižení je, jaké jsou příčiny jeho vzniku, na konkrétní druhy postižení, kterými trpí respondenti rozhovorů realizovaných v rámci bakalářské práce a na kvalitu života osob s tělesným postižením. Dále se práce zaměřuje na výchovu a vzdělávání osob s tělesným postižením a problematiku pracovního uplatnění osob s tělesným postižením. Pozornost je věnována zejména bariérám, předsudkům a možnostem, které osoby s tělesným postižením v zaměstnání mají. Empirická část bakalářské práce obsahuje výsledky průzkumu, který proběhl prostřednictvím rozhovorů s respondenty s tělesným postižením. Součástí empirické části jsou i výzkumné otázky, popis průběhu průzkumu a jeho následné vyhodnocení, diskuze, navrhovaná opatření. Následuje závěrečné shrnutí bakalářské práce a seznam použité literatury.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis, entitled The employment of people with physical disabilities, which aims to compare real employment with educational attainment, focuses on what physical disability is, what are the causes of its occurrence, the specific types of disabilities suffered by the respondents of the interviews conducted as part of the bachelor's thesis and the quality of life of people with physical disabilities. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the education and training of people with physical disabilities and the issue of employment of people with physical disabilities. In particular, attention is paid to the barriers, prejudices and individual opportunities that people with disabilities have in employment. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis contains the results of a survey conducted through interviews with respondents with physical disabilities. It also includes the research questions, a description of the survey process and its subsequent evaluation, discussion, suggested actions, a final summary of the bachelor thesis and a list of literature used.	en
