Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením digitálního holografického mikroskopu pro měření topografie reflexních prvků. V úvodu této práce jsou popsány základní principy holografie a holografické interferometrie. Dále jsou popsány světelné a elektronové mikroskopy. V další kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé komponenty sestaveného digitálního holografického mikroskopu a jeho následné módy, jak se můžou prvky měřit. Dají se měřit prvky reflexní nebo transmisní. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na měřené prvky.
This bachelor work deals with assembling of digital holographic microscope for topography measurement of reflective elements. At the beginning of this work are described basic principles of holography and holographic interferometry. Further there are described light and electron microscopes. In the next chapter, there are described principles of all individual components of assembled digital holographic microscope and all modes, how elements can be measured. This elements can be reflective or transmitive. Last chapter is focused on results of the measured elements.
