Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá heterogenními faktory, které mohou mít vliv na reintegraci osob propuštěných z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Cílem této práce je objasnit skupiny nejdůležitějších vlivů, které na tyto osoby mohou působit a na základě těchto poznatků navrhnout opatření, které by mohlo přechod na svobodu usnadnit.V teoretické části se zabýváme možnými faktory, organizacemi státními i nestátními, které mohou být při reintegraci propuštěných vězněných osob do společnosti nápomocny.V empirické části se snažíme pochopit z dotazníkového šetření mezi recidivisty z jakého důvodu jsou opět ve výkonu trestu a co bylo důvodem, respektive co zapříčinilo, podle jejich úhlu pohledu neúspěšnou reintegraci do majoritní společnosti.
The bachelor thesis deals with heterogeneous factors that may affect the reintegration of persons released from prison. The aim of this work is to clarify the groups of the most important influences that can affect these people and based on this knowledge to propose measures that could facilitate the transition to freedom. In the theoretical part we deal with possible factors, state and non-state organizations, which can be helpful in the reintegration of released prisoners into society. In the empirical part, we try to understand from the questionnaire survey among recidivists why they are in prison again and what was the reason, or what caused, according to their point of view, the unsuccessful reintegration into the major society.
