Abstract
Bakalářská práce s názvem Pojistný podvod v České republice se zabývá problematikou pojistných podvodů především v neživotním pojištění. První část se zabývá charakteristikou pojišťovnictví a rozdělením, vývojem a specifickými vlastnostmi pojistných podvodů, včetně trestně právního hlediska. Další část obsahuje vyšetřování pojistných podvodů zahrnující indikátory, které pojišťovny využívají pro včasné odhalení podvodů. Dále jsou popsány programy pro odhalování pojistných podvodů. Následují příklady pojistných podvodů v pojištění vozidel. V poslední části práce se zkoumá vývoj počtu pojistných podvodů v období od roku 2008 až do roku 2017. Jsou popsány vybrané faktory ovlivňující počet pojistných podvodů a je provedena korelace mezi vývojem počtu pojistných podvodů a vývojem počtu automobilů za sledované období.
This bachelor's thesis called Insurance Frauds in Czechia deals with the problem of insurance frauds, especially in non-living part. The first part of this thesis is covering characteristics of insurances and it's dividing, development and specific features of insurance frauds, including law breaking frauds. Next part consists of investigation of insurance frauds, including indicators, which insurance campanies use for dealing with frauds. The following part of the work is focused on describing programs for exposing insurance frauds. Following, examples of insurance frauds in the category of car vehicle insurance. In the last part of the thesis is investigating the development of the amount of insurance frauds during the period between the years of 2008 and 2017. Selected factors, that affect the amount of insurance frauds, are described, and the correlation between the development of the amount of insurance frauds and the development in the number of car vehicles during the tracked period is made.
