Abstract
Přímé zahraniční investice hrají ve světové ekonomice významnou roli a jsou často zmiňovány v literatuře, a to jak v souvislosti s jejich dopady na hostitelskou zemi, tak i na zemi, z které přímé zahraniční investice pocházejí. V bakalářské práci jsou nejprve obecně charakterizovány přímé zahraniční investice, jejich faktory, dopady na hostitelskou ekonomiku a investiční pobídky. Dále je představen vývoj trhu práce v Pardubickém kraji a vliv vybraných poboček FOXCONN CZ, s. r. o. a Panasonic Automotive Systems Czech, s. r. o. na jeho vývoj. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny investice do těchto dvou poboček a jejich vliv na regionální trh práce na základě komparativní analýzy dat z Úřadu práce ČR, výročních zpráv a dat Českého statistického úřadu. Výsledkem zjištění je, že oba podniky se za svoji existenci rozšířily a vytvořily nová pracovní místa a podnik Panasonic Automotive Systems Czech, s. r. o. výrazným způsobem pozitivně ovlivňuje zvyšování krajského průměru výše hrubé mzdy.
A foreign direct investment plays a significant role in the world economy and it is often mentioned in the literature, both in terms of its impact on the host country and the country which the foreign direct investment comes from. In this bachelor thesis the foreign direct investment, its factors and impact on the host economy and investment incentives are firstly described. Next, the development of the labour market in the Pardubice region is introduced. Then the influence of selected branches FOXCONN CZ, s. r. o. and Panasonic Mobile & Automotive Systems Czech, s. r. o. on this development is presented. Finally, the investments in the above mentioned branches and their impact on the regional labour market are evaluated. The evaluation is based on the comparative analysis of the data provided by the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, annual reports and the data from the Czech Statistical Office. As a result of these findings, both companies have expanded and created new jobs. The company Panasonic Mobile & Automotive Systems Czech, s. r. o. has significantly influenced increasing the regional gross wage in a positive way.
