dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tematikou hmotové nestejnoměrnosti plošných textilií vyrobených ze 100% PES polyesterových rotorových přízí. Experimentální část práce popisuje rozdíly v povrchové nestejnoměrnosti plošných textilií vyrobených z těchto přízí mezi tkaninou, v daném případě roletovinou vyrobenou v podmínkách české firmy KTC Plavy a roletovinou vyrobenou německou firmou HOF GARN GmbH. Pro určení nerovnoměrnosti byly zvoleny vnější plošné variační křivky. Sledovala se závislost kolísání stupně šedi na ploše měřených obrazů reálých tkanin a nasimulovaných obrazů plošných textilií. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou hmotovné nestejnoměrnosti příze sledované aparaturou USTER TESTER 4-SX. V závěru práce jsou vyhocené výsledky měření jednotlivých celků zkoumání nerovnoměrnosti, zhodnocená možná příčina vzniku nerovnoměrnosti v plošné textilii firmy KTC Plavy a opatření směřující k zlepšení výrobku.cs
dc.description.abstractMy graduation theses is delicated by theme mass irregularity of flat textiles which are made from 100% PES rotor yarn. Experimental part of this work is written about differences in surface unevennes of flat textiles which are made from these yarns beetwen blind cloth in conditions of Czek firm KTC Plavy and blind cloth which is made by German firm HOF GARN GmbH. For destination of irregularity was chosen external area of variation curves. Dependence of fluctuating degrees of greynes was followed in area of measuring scaning real fabrics and simulation scan of flat textiles. In the same this work is delicated to analysis of mass irregularity of yarn which is folllowed by aparature USTER TESTER 4-SX. In the end of this work there are resultes of measuring individual aggregates of investigating irregularity, evaluating possible reason of begining irregularity in flat textiles of firm KTC Plavy and measures which are directed to improve this product.en
