dc.description.abstract	Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku. V teoretické části práce je provedena rešerše literatury zabývající se tímto tématem, a to jak co se týče názoru autorů na výkonnost, tak co se týče metod jejího hodnocení. V následující, analytické části práce, jsou pak teoretické znalosti nabyté v první části práce aplikované na vybraný podnik. Pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy je zhodnocena finanční výkonnost vybraného podniku a následně je podnik porovnán s konkurenty. Z analýzy jak podniku samotného, tak z jeho srovnání s konkurenty, jsou vyvozeny závěry ohledně výkonnosti tohoto podniku a návrhy, které by při aplikaci v podniku mohly tuto výkonnost zvýšit. Na závěr jsou pak zhodnoceny přínosy práce pro podnik, tedy zejména rozšíření a prohloubení v podniku doposud prováděné analýzy výkonnosti a závěry vyvozené z této analýzy, i pro autorku, tedy hlavně aplikace teoretických znalostí v reálném podnikatelském prostředí a seznámení se s problémy finančního hodnocení v praxi.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The main topic of this thesis is evaluation of company performance. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the literature addressing this topic is researched, regarding not only the authors' opinions on performance, but also its evaluation. In the following, analytical part of the thesis, the theoretical knowledge gained in the first part of the thesis is applied to a chosen company. Using financial analysis tools, the financial performance of the chosen company is evaluated, and the company is then compared to its competition. Based on the analysis of the company itself as well as its comparison with competition, conclusions regarding the chosen company's performance are drawn, as well as suggestions that could raise the company's performance when applied. Lastly, the benefits of the thesis for the company are evaluated, especially the extension and deepening of the performance analysis that has been done in the company to date, as well as the conclusions drawn from this analysis, and also the benefits for the author, which is mainly the application of theoretical knowledge in the real business environment and getting to know the issues of practical financial evaluation.	en
