Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikace proluk v centru
Liberce a následné ideové návrhy, do vybraných proluk.
v Liberci a jakou by měl mít funkci. Kdo vůbec určuje
co veřejný prostor je, a co není. Dále se věnuji, jakým
způsobem se ubírá debata ohledně veřejného prostoru v
zahraničí, ale i v Česku.
V neposlední řadě pak do proluk na Sokolovském
náměstí a v ulici Husova navrhuji objekty/instalace, které
by lidem poskytly nový, nevšední pohled na město. Tyto
návrhy vznikly na základě podrobných analýz a zkoumání
veřejného prostoru a jeho historie.
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify the gaps in the centre of Liberec and subsequent conceptual proposals for the selected gaps. The concept of a gap is not clearly defined from a trade union point of view, and therefore, as one of the most important topics, is the correct formulation of the definition. Another point I address in the thesis is the current use of the slums and their ownership relations. I ask questions over the use of public space in Liberec and what kind of funcki it should have. Who determines what public space is and what is not. I also look at how the debate about public space is going abroad, but also in the Czech Republic. Last but not least, I propose objects/installations for the gaps in Sokolov Square and Husova Street that would give people new, unusual views of the city. However, these proposals must not lack an analysis of the space and its history.
