dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá profesí pedagogických pracovníků, přesněji řečeno profesí speciálního pedagoga. Zahrnuje pohled z hlediska profesní přípravy vycházející z legislativy. Popisuje tuto profesi, a vše co pod ni spadá, včetně její nedílné části; jako etika, osobnostní předpoklady a psychohygiena. Následující kapitola se zabývá působením speciálního pedagoga v prostředí školy, konkrétně jeho pracovní orientace a působení v poradenském systému školy. Nedílnou součástí této bakalářské práce je i kapitola zahrnující spolupráci speciálního pedagoga s dalšími činiteli školního prostředí. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části je profese speciálního pedagoga v jiném než školním prostředí, tedy ve školských poradenských zařízeních. Empirická část zahrnuje rozhovory s učiteli, s žáky a se speciálními pedagogy z dvou různých základních škol v Libereckém kraji. Rozhovory byly koncipovány tak, aby bylo rozšířeno povědomí o této profesi. Poukázalo se tak na její význam ve školách. A to nejen při práci s žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Hlavní pointou výzkumu empirické části práce bylo vyzdvihnout náplň práce speciálního pedagoga. Současně tak upozornit na význam zřízení profese speciálního pedagoga na školách.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The Bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with the profession of pedagogical workers, more precisely with the profession of a special pedagogic. It includes a view from the point of view of professional training based on legislation, describes this profession and what all falls under it and an integral part is also ethics, personality assumptions and psychohygiene. In addition, another chapter on the special pedagogic's work in the school setting itself includes the special educator's work orientation and his/her involvement in the school counselling system. An integral part of this Bachelor's thesis is a chapter involving the collaboration of the special educator with other agents of the school environment which includes the perception of the special educator by his/her colleagues as well as the perception of the self in a collective of professionals. The last chapter of the theoretical part is the profession of the special educator in other than the school environment, i.e. school counselling centres. The empirical part includes interviews with teachers, students and the special pedagogics from two different elementary schools in Liberec region. The interviews were designed to broaden the awareness of the profession and to show its importance in schools when working with pupils with special educational needs and not only in schools. The main reason for the research in the empirical part of the thesis was to highlight the job description of the special pedaogigs. And show the importance of establishing this profession in schools.	en
