Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou předškolních dětí se somatickým onemocněním v dětské léčebně, konkrétně pak adaptací těchto dětí na pobyt. Vycházela z podkladů, které jsem získala v průběhu třech turnusů o 48 dětech na základě rozhovoru s nimi, jejich pozorováním personálem v léčebně a vyplněných dotazníků jejich rodiči a personálem. Jejím cílem byl průzkum účinnosti prováděných prostředků k usnadnění adaptace dětí v současnosti a najít prostředky nové. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování literárních pramenů popisovala a objasňovala danou problematiku. Praktická část pomocí uvedených metod zjišťovala, zda-li prováděná opatření usnadňují adaptaci. Výsledky ukázaly, že je třeba dané problematice v dětské léčebně věnovat zvýšenou pozornost a vyústily v konkrétní navrhovaná opatření především v oblasti větší informovanosti rodičů o pobytu jejich dětí v léčebně a informovanosti personálu o dětech, které k nám nastupují na léčení. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat ochotu personálu v dětské léčebně spolupracovat na průzkumu.
The bachelor´s work deals with the problem of children with a somatic illness in a children`s medical institution, especially with adaptation of these children to the stay. It comes out of the research that I was doing with the group of 48 children during three different terms, based on interviews with the children, watching them in cooperation with the medical institute staff and also the forms filled in by their parents and the staff. The aim of my work was to study the effect of tools applicated to simplify adaptation of the children at the meantime and possibly find new ways. The work consists of two essentials parts. First, theoretical part which described the actual situation using literature sources. Practical part was to find out if the instruments used help the adaptation. The results show that it is neccessary to pay more attention to this problem in the medical institution and lead to proposing concrete action, especially to get the parents more informed about their children´s stay at the institute and also the staff to be better informed about the children who are coming to be cured. The best effect according to the objective of this problematics is that the staff is willing to cooperate on the research.
