Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce si klade za záměr vystihnout ty aspekty neverbální komunikace, které jsou klíčové pro úspěšnou sebereprezentaci uchazeče v situaci pracovního pohovoru. Nejprve je vymezena komunikace, její funkce, motivace, struktura a v neposlední řadě i kontext. Po obecném popisu komunikace je další část práce věnována již komunikaci neverbálního typu a to především z hlediska popisu jejich jednotlivých forem. Tyto formy jsou následně aplikovány již na konkrétní situaci pracovního pohovoru. Cílem je vystihnout jejich podstatu a vliv na průběh pohovoru tak, aby uchazeči bylo jasné, které neverbální projevy mu průběh pohovoru usnadní a naopak. Poslední část práce shrnuje všechny získané poznatky do závěrečného doporučení.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe those aspects of non-verbal communication which are crucial for successful self-representation of the candidate during the job interview. Firstly, the communication is defined from the point of view of its function, motivation, structure and also the context. The next part deals with the non-verbal type of communication, primarily in terms of its aspects. These aspects are applied on the specific situation of the job interview. The aim is to analyse their substance and also the impact on the progress of the interview so as it is clear for the candidate which ones from them can help to make a good impression and vice versa. The last part sums up all the got experience into the final recommendation.
