Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi obrazové analýzy kompozitů s nanovlákennou výztuží. V teoretické části je charakterizováno nanovlákno, jako výchozí prvek pro vlastnosti kompozitu. Dále je zde definovaný postup výroby nanovláken metodou sol-gel a postup výroby kompozitu s nanovlákennou výztuží. V experimentální části práce se popisuje postup výroby příčných řezů. Je zde uvedena metodika snímání řezů za účelem získání digitálního obrazu a porovnání obrazů získané pomocí světelné, rastrovací, konfokální mikroskopie. Jsou zpracovány vady (dutiny) kompozitu pomocí programu NIS - elements, kde tyto dutiny jsou charakterizovány a vyhodnoceny.
This bachelor´s thesis deals with possibility of the visual analyses of the compound word with the nanofiber reinforcement. The theoretical part describes the nanofiber as the base for the description of the compound word. In the next part you can find the definition of the process of the production of the nanofiber´s method so-gel and the process of the production of the compound word with the nanofiber reinforcement. The description of the procedure of the production of transverse cuts is in the experimental parts. Then there is mentioned the philosophy of the scan cuts in order to get a digital picture and the comparison of pictures gained by the help of luminous, scan, konfocal microscopy. They are treated defects (cavities) composites using the program NIS - elements, where these cavities are characterized and evaluated.
