dc.description.abstractTato práce nejprve představuje problematiku knowledge managementu a jeho důležitost v organizacích pro efektivní sdílení, uchovávání a využívání znalostí. Následně je popsáno provedení dotazníkového šetření, které poskytlo pohled na současný stav sdílení a uchovávání znalostí v organizaci. Na základě získaných dat jsou navrženy různé koncepty knowledge managementu se zaměřením na potřeby IT podpory. Tyto navržené koncepty jsou vzájemně porovnány a analyzovány s cílem zvolit ten nejvhodnější pro implementaci. Výsledky této analýzy poskytují doporučení pro vybraný koncept, který je nejvhodnější pro zlepšení efektivity práce IT podpory a zvýšení zastupitelnosti pracovníků ve firmě, tudíž i její konkurenceschopnosti na trhu.cs
dc.description.abstractThis Thesis presents the issue of knowledge management and its importance in organizations for effective sharing, storage and use of knowledge. The conclusion describes the execution of a questionnaire survey, which provided an insight into the current state of knowledge sharing and preservation in the organization. Based on the obtained data, various concepts of knowledge management were proposed, focusing on the needs of IT support. These proposed concepts were compared and analyzed with the aim of choosing the most suitable one for implementation. The results of this analysis provided recommendations for the selected concept, which is suitable for improving the efficiency of IT support work and increasing the substitutability of the worker in the company, therefore also its competitiveness on the market.en
