Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociální exkluze a jejím dopadem na vzdělávání dětí ze sociálně znevýhodněného prostředí. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jaké bariéry brání dětem ze sociálně vyloučených lokalit v úspěšném vzdělávání, jaký vliv má rodinné a sociální prostředí na jejich školní docházku a jakou roli v tomto procesu hraje škola. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu sociální exkluze, proces socializace, specifika sociálně znevýhodněných žáků a principy inkluzivního vzdělávání. Empirická část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s rodiči, žáky, učiteli a sociálními pracovníky. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že nejčastějšími bariérami jsou finanční nedostatek, nízká vzdělanost rodičů, slabá podpora ze strany rodiny a negativní zkušenosti dětí se školním prostředím, včetně předsudků a diskriminace. Závěr práce poukazuje na nutnost intenzivní spolupráce škol, rodin a komunitních organizací a na potřebu systémových podpůrných opatření vedoucích ke zlepšení vzdělávacích šancí dětí ze sociálně vyloučeného prostředí.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of social exclusion and its impact on the education of children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. The aim of the thesis is to analyse what barriers prevent children from socially excluded localities from successful education, what influence the family and social environment has on their school attendance and what role the school plays in this process. The theoretical part focuses on defining the concept of social exclusion, the socialisation process, the specifics of socially disadvantaged pupils and the principles of inclusive education. The empirical part is based on qualitative research carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews with parents, pupils, teachers and social workers. The research results show that the most common barriers are financial lack, low education of parents, weak support from the family and negative experiences of children with the school environment, including prejudice and discrimination. The conclusion of the thesis points out the necessity of intensive cooperation between schools, families and community organisations and the need for systemic support measures leading to the improvement of educational chances of children from socially excluded backgrounds.
