Abstract
Tato bakalářska práce popisuje metody a principy měření vlastností příze na aparatuře Lawson-Hemphill a na aparaturách jiných výrobců. Cílem bylo provest měření takových vlastností, které lze měřit jak na aparatuře Lawson-Hemphill tak i na aparaturach Uster Tester a Zweigle při standardních podmínkách měření, a porovnat výsledky experimentů. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny charakteristiky vybraných vlastností a také metody a principy měření na jednotlivych aparaturach. Na aparatuře CTT Lawson-Hemphill, Uster Tester a Zweigle na pěti souborech vzorků přízí o různých jemnostech, vyrobených různými spřádacími technologiemi byly provedeny příslušná měření. Stanovovala se objemová nestejnoměrnost (kolísání průměru příze), vady příze a chlupatost. Výsledky jednotlivých měření byly statisticky zpracovány. Popisem, porovnáním a interpretací výsledků měření se zaobírá praktická část této práce.
This Bachelor thesis "Comparison of results of the selected yarn properties measured on the equipment Lawson-Hemphill with standard methods" describes and compares the methods and principles of yarn measurements on the equipment Lawson-Hemphill and on equipments of other manufacturers. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of selected properties that can be measured both on the equipment Lawson-Hemphill and the equipments Uster and Zweigle and the methods and principles of these measurements. On these equipments were measured yarns with different fineness and made by different spinning technologies. Variation of diameter, yarn faults and yarn hairiness were determined. Results of measurements were statistically analyzed. Description, comparison and interpretation of measurement results are described in the practical part of this work.
