Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou trestné činnosti mládeže spáchanou v působnosti MěÚ Jablonec nad Nisou. Jejím cílem bylo analyzovat tuto činnost a objasnit příčiny vzniku delikvence mládeže. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na zpracování a prezentaci odborných zdrojů. Zde je popsán vývoj jedince, rizikové faktory, nejčastější příčiny delikvence mládeže a možné preventivní působení na ní.
The bachelor work was concerned with the questions of the juvenile delinquency in the territorial scope of MěÚ Jablonec nad Nisou. The goal of this study was analyzing this activity and explaining the reasons of the juvenile delinquency´s genesis. The work is classified into two parts - the theoretical and the practical study. The theoretical study is focused on the elaboration and presentation of skilled sources. In this part was presented individual´s evolution, the risk factors, the most frequent reasons of the juvenile delinquency and the potencial preventive activities.
