Navrhněte urbanistické a architektonické řešení objektu nového Městského úřadu v Lázních Bělohradě ve smyslu vypsané soutěže. Součástí návrhu bude i řešení části náměstí jako předprostoru nového úřadu v rozsahu řešeného území.
