dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategie pro studentský klub Zanzibar Liberec s.r.o., který působí v areálu Harcov, spadajícím pod Technickou univerzitu v Liberci. Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující provoz podniku, analyzovat jeho vnitřní a vnější prostředí a navrhnout strategická opatření, která povedou k dlouhodobé stabilizaci a růstu klubu. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a představeny jednotlivé fáze a analytické nástroje strategického řízení. Na základě získaných poznatků je následně zpracována praktická část práce. V rámci této části je aplikován kompletní proces strategického řízení, jehož výstupem je volba vhodné strategie a strategických operací, návrh postupu implementace a návrh systému controllingu včetně vyhodnocování zvolené strategie.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis focuses on the development of a business strategy for the student club Zanzibar Liberec s.r.o. which operates in the Harcov dormitory area affiliated with the Technical University of Liberec. The aim of the thesis is to identify key factors influencing the operation of the enterprise, analyze its internal and external environment, and propose strategic measures that will contribute to the club's longterm stabilization and growth. The first part defines the basic concepts and introduces the individual phases and analytical tools of strategic management. Based on the knowledge gained, the practical part of the thesis is subsequently developed. This part applies the complete strategic management process, the outcome of which is the selection of an appropriate strategy and strategic operations, the proposal of an implementation procedure and the design of a controlling system including the evaluation of the chosen strategy.	en
