dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá au-pairingem se zaměřením na trávení volného času dětí ve vybraných rodinách s au-pair ve třech zemích Spojených státech amerických, Spojeném království a České republice. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem au-pair s ohledem na jeho původ, institucionální zakotvení v jednotlivých sledovaných zemích a skutečné vnímání au-pair v rámci společnosti. Vedle pojmu au-pair vymezuje teoretická část z různých pohledů i pojem volný čas. Praktická část je postavena na šesti polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s vybranými respondentkami, které působily ve vybraných zemích jako au-pair. Data z rozhovorů jsou pak doplněna i o data z vlastního pozorování autorky v rámci práce au-pair. Cílem výzkumu bylo vytvořit přehled o činnostech au-pair obecně a najít možná specifika v jednotlivých rodinách a zemích, především ve vztahu k trávení volného času dětí a tak, aby byly výstupy výzkumu přínosem pro budoucí uchazečky o au-pairing, stejně jako obohacením pro au-pair stávající či bývalé.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This dissertation deals with the au-pairing with focus on children free time use in selected families with au-pair in 3 countries in the United States, in the United Kingdom and in the Czech Republic. The theoretical element describes the term au-pair with regard to its origin, to its institutional frame in compared countries and to its real use and perception in the society. The second term described from different views in the theoretical element is free time. The practical element is based on six semi-structured interviews with selected respondents who worked as an au-pair in compared countries. The data extracted from the interviews are supplemented by the participant observation data collected during author´s own au-pair placements. The main objective of the research was to sum up all the au-pair activities and to find possible particularities in selected families and in compared countries, all with a particular interest in children free time use and with the aim that the conclusions of the research are helpful both to future au-pair applicants and to current and former au-pairs.	en
