dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce zkoumá současné a budoucí trendy v oblasti nadnárodních korporací po celém světě. Zaměřuje se na zdanění nadnárodních korporací a zkoumá obtíže, kterým čelí. Dále zkoumá partnerství těchto firem s jednotlivými zeměmi a jejich schopnost ovlivňovat země prostřednictvím přímých zahraničních investic (FDI). Nadnárodní korporace také mají významný vliv na svět skrze spolupráci s mezinárodními organizacemi. Práce diskutuje potenciální dopady těchto trendů na provoz a strategii nadnárodních korporací pomocí konkrétních příkladů.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis looks on current and future trends in the field of transnational corporations around the world. The focus of thesis is taxing of transnational corporations and examine the difficulties they face. It also explores these businesses' partnerships with countires and their ability to influence countries through foreign direct investment (FDI). Transnational corporations also wield significant influence on the world through their collaboration with international organizations. The thesis discusses the potential effects of these trends on the operations and strategy of transnational corproations using specific examples.en
