dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je zhodnotit hmotovou nestejnoměrnost rotorové příze s obchodním názvem SYNCROFIL vyráběnou firmou KTC Plavy, zjistit, jaký vliv mají jednotlivé pasáže rotorové technologie na hmotovou nestejnoměrnost příze a v případě negativních vlivů navrhnout opatření, která by jejich působení omezila. Pro analýzu struktury hmotové nestejnoměrnosti jsou použity charakteristické funkce, zvláště spektrogram a délková variační křivka. Úroveň nestejnoměrnosti je vyhodnocena porovnáním jednotlivých parametrů se standardy Uster Statistics 2007. Součástí práce je i hledání korelace mezi vybranými parametry kvadratické hmotové nestejnoměrnosti CV(L) a příslušnou hodnotou DR-funkce.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of mass irregularity of rotor yarn with trade name SYNCROFIL, made by company KTC Plavy. Next aim is to determine an influence of individual passages of rotor spinning technology on mass irregularity of yarn. In the case of negative influences a precaution, which reduces their action, is suggested. Characteristic functions, especially spectrogram and variance length curve, are used for analysis of structure of mass irregularity. The level of mass irregularity is evaluated by comparison of individual parameters with the Uster Statistics 2007. Search of correlation between squared mass irregularity CV(L) and corresponding value of DR-function is next part of this work.en
