Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných Lustigových děl, jejich porovnáním s definicí klasické novely a posouzením, nakolik tato díla odpovídají charakteristikám žánru novely, k němuž jsou řazena. Teoretická část je věnovaná historii a charakterizaci aspektů novely jak v zahraničním, tak v českém kontextu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na rozbor čtyř novel Arnošta Lustiga vydaných v 60. letech 20. století. Sleduje jejich spojitosti s tradičním pojetím žánru novely a jeho následný vývoj.
The bachelor thesis is based on analysis of Lustig's books, their comparison with definition of classic novella and assessment, how much they correspond to characteristics of novella. The theoretical part is dedicated to history and characterization of novella aspects in foreign and czech context. The practical part is focused on analysis of four novellas by Arnošt Lustig. These novellas was published in 1960s. The practical part also follow up ther relationship with traditional definition of novella and its progression.
