dc.description.abstract	The aim of this diploma thesis, which is called Minimisation of the differences in the monitoring of production material value in the system of financial accounting and controlling in Škoda Auto a.s., is to analyse the value of the billed production material according to the technical bibliography and from the point of view of accounting and controlling. These two areas are very important in the company. Accounting provides detailed information about the assets of the company and about the resources of its coverage. Based on accounting information controlling prepares analysis about the current situation in the company as well as about its future development. The main task of this work is to make a comparative analysis and quantify differences resulting from from different monitoring of the value of the billed prosuction material. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first two chapters deal with the theory of accounting and controlling. The third part describes the economic characteristic of Škoda Auto a.s. Chapter number four is focused on the analysis of the current situation of the problem and chapter number five analyses the causation of incurred divergences. The thesis offers procedures how to improve the analysis and how to prevent the divergences which are caused by calculation. It also shows the ways how to find out the causes of these divergences.	en
dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce na téma Minimalizace rozdílů ve sledování hodnoty výrobního materiálu v systému finančního účetnictví a controllingu ve firmě Škoda Auto a.s. je na základě teoretických poznatků uvedených v odborné literatuře analyzovat hodnotu zaúčtovaného výrobního materiálu z pohledu účetnictví a controllingu. Tyto dvě oblasti jsou ve firmě velmi důležité. Účetnictví poskytuje detailní informace o majetku firmy a zdrojích jeho krytí. Controlling na základě informací z účetnictví vytváří analýzy jak o současném stavu firmy, tak hlavně o jejím budoucím vývoji. Účelem této práce je provést komparativní analýzu a kvantifikovat rozdíly vyplývající z odlišného sledování hodnoty zaúčtovaného výrobního materiálu. Diplomová práce je členěna do pěti částí. První a druhá kapitola se zabývá teorií účetnictví a controllingu, třetí část představuje ekonomickou charakteristiku firmy Škoda Auto a.s., čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu řešené problematiky a pátá kapitola analyzuje příčiny vzniklých odchylek. Cílem diplomové práce jsou pak navrhovaná opatření jak zlepšit analýzu a tím předcházet odchylkám, které při výpočtu vznikají, či poukázat na způsoby, jak rychleji objevit příčiny těchto odchylek.	cs
