dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with modern forms of marketing communications, in particular through the use of mobile phones and how these can improve the communication between the City of Liberec and it?s toruist interest group. The aim is to improve and upgrade the tourist facilities and environment of Liberec by using the proposed TIS system, which is also the subject of this work. The work also includes a general characterisation of Liberec city, whereby the various demographic and major interest groups are defined. In addition there is an analysis of the current level of mobile communication in Liberec city, as well as an analysis of the current level of tourist information service and information needs, from which the results are obtained from the tourists themselves. The results of the analysis are then used to propose a tourist information system, which will contribute to the development and progession of tourist facilities within the city of Liberec.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím moderní formy marketingové komunikace, a to prostřednictvím mobilních telefonů, ke zlepšení komunikace Statutárního města Liberce se svou zájmovou skupinou turistů. Je zaměřena na zdokonalení a modernizaci turistického prostředí Liberce a jeho okolí pomocí navrhovaného informačního systému TIS, který je současně předmětem této práce. Součástí práce je také charakteristika města Liberce, definování jednotlivých skupin obyvatelstva a vyčlenění nejvýznamnějších zájmových skupin. Dále je analyzována stávající úroveň mobilní komunikace Liberce, současný stav jeho turistických informačních služeb a informační potřeby přijíždějících turistů. Výsledků analýzy je pak využito při návrhu turistického informačního systému, který přispěje k rozvoji turistického zázemí města Liberce.	cs
