Abstract
Předmětem této diplomové práce je provedení analýzy způsobů financování zvolené investice ve vybraném podniku a určení nejoptimálnější formy financování. Konkrétní investicí je pořízení firemního automobilu ve společnosti SCHÄFER a SÝKORA s.r.o. v Rumburku. První část diplomové práce představuje především teoretickou stránku možných způsobů financování investic a jejich primární výhody a nevýhody. Zároveň jsou zde uvedeny základní poznatky z finančního rozhodování a řízení podniku, které s řešenou problematikou souvisí. Druhá - praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje výpočty a grafická znázornění seznamující s dosavadním přístupem firmy k řešené problematice. Výsledky provedených propočtů umožňují vybrat nejvhodnější alternativu financování dané investice s ohledem na budoucí vývoj podniku.
The subject of this thesis is carrying out of analysis of different methods of financing of selected investment in selected company and determining of the best method. Selected investment is purchasing of company car in the company SCHÄFER a SÝKORA s.r.o. in Rumburk. The first part of the thesis shows theoretical ways of investment financing and their primary advantages and disadvantages. Also basics of related financial decision making and directing of a company are mentioned. The second part of this thesis is a practical part and shows calculations and graphs of previous approach of thecompany to addressed problem. Results of these calculations enable choosing of the most efficient way of financing of the investment considering future development of the company.
