Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem financování fotbalu v České republice. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení ekonomické situace fotbalového klubu SK Slavia Praha a doporučení vhodné strategie k efektivnímu financování. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na sportovní prostředí, jeho postavení v legislativě a financování, následně je vymezena problematika fotbalu, profesionálního klubu a jeho hospodaření, se zaměřením na výdajové a příjmové položky. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na fotbalový klub SK Slavia Praha, jeho historii, organizační strukturu a cíle. Dále je zanalyzováno hospodaření klubu, s důrazem na významné náklady a výnosy a následně je provedena analýza vybraných poměrových ukazatelů. V poslední části práce je vyhodnocena ekonomická situace klubu a jsou navržena doporučení k efektivnímu financování.
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of football financing in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to evaluate the economic situation of the football club SK Slavia Prague and to recommend a suitable strategy for effective financing. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the sports environment, its position in legislation and financing, then the issue of football, professional club and its management is defined, with a focus on expenditure and income items. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the football club SK Slavia Prague, its history, organizational structure and objectives. Furthermore, the management of the club is analyzed, with emphasis on significant costs and revenues, and subsequently an analysis of selected ratios is performed. The last part of the thesis evaluates the economic situation of the club and proposes recommendations for effective financing.
