dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá předpoklady a cíli společenské odpovědnosti firem neboli CSR. Tytoprincipy a teoretické znalosti jsou dále převedeny a popisovány v rámci odvětví automotive,kterým se tato bakalářská práce dále zabývá. Jsou zde vymezeny jednotlivé oblastispolečenské odpovědnosti pro společnosti v automotive a jsou zde charakterizoványjednotlivé body a normy, kterými by se tyto společnosti měly řídit při správném a účinnémfungování. Dále je zde charakterizována vybraná společnost, která je z pohledu CSR v tétobakalářské práci zkoumána. Je zde kladen důraz na představení z pohledu jejího oboručinnosti podnikání a hodnot firmy. Práce dále popisuje environmentální pilíř. Zde je snahao přesné a jasné vymezení charakteristiky tohoto konkrétního pilíře z pohleduenvironmentální politiky. Poslední část práce uvádí formulace závěrů, které byly zpracoványna základě teoretických znalostí získaných při zpracování této bakalářské práce a aplikovánítěchto znalostí v konkrétním reálném prostředí v přední společnosti z oblasti automotivev České republice.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis deals with the assumptions and objectives of corporate social responsibility orCSR. These principles and theoretical knowledge are further transferred and described in thecontext of the automotive sector, which is the focus of this bachelor thesis. The differentareas of CSR for companies in the automotive industry are defined and the different pointsand standards that these companies should follow in order to function properly andeffectively are characterised. Furthermore, the selected company that is examined from aCSR perspective in this bachelor thesis is characterized. Emphasis is given to presenting itin terms of its line of business and company values. The thesis also describes theenvironmental pillar. Here, an attempt is made to precisely and clearly define thecharacteristics of this particular pillar from an environmental policy perspective. The lastpart of the thesis presents the formulation of conclusions, which have been elaborated on thebasis of the theoretical knowledge acquired during the elaboration of this bachelor thesis andthe application of this knowledge in a concrete real environment in a leading automotivecompany in the Czech Republic.en
