Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá implementací umělé inteligence (AI) do řízení rizik ve zdravotnictví, s důrazem na administrativní a organizační procesy. Cílem je posoudit, jak může AI řešit klíčová rizika v konkrétní společnosti Distribuovaná klinika s.r.o., která poskytuje administrativní podporu lékařským praxím. Práce analyzuje klíčová rizika, jako jsou finanční nejistoty, operační nedostatky, právní požadavky a kybernetické hrozby, a navrhuje využití komerčních AI nástrojů, například Billtrust a Hyro, k jejich mitigaci. Metodologie kombinuje literární přehled s primárními daty získanými z rozhovorů s vedením společnosti. Práce zdůrazňuje potenciál AI pro automatizaci procesů, zvýšení efektivity a minimalizaci chyb, přičemž bere v úvahu omezené zdroje malých podniků. Závěry nabízejí praktická doporučení pro Distribuovanou kliniku s.r.o. a inspiraci pro podobné organizace ve zdravotnickém sektoru.
This thesis focuses on the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare risk management, emphasizing administrative and organizational processes. The aim is to evaluate how AI can solve key risks at Distribuovaná klinika s.r.o., a company providing administrative support to medical practices. The study analyzes key risks, including financial uncertainties, operational inefficiencies, legal requirements, and cybersecurity threats, proposing the use of commercial AI tools such as Billtrust and Hyro for their mitigation. The methodology combines a literature review with primary data from interviews with the company's management. The thesis highlights AI's potential to automate processes, increase efficiency, and minimize errors while considering the limited resources of small enterprises. The findings offer practical recommendations for Distribuovaná klinika s.r.o. and inspiration for similar healthcare organizations, contributing to the discussion on healthcare digitalization.
