Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat tématem smrti a existenciální úzkosti v tvorbě Františka Halase, konkrétně v jeho dvou sbírkách: Kohout plaší smrt (1930) a Tvář (1931). Kromě námětu existenciální úzkosti se budu zabývat poetikou básnického textu těchto dvou sbírek, a to právě v souvislosti s jeho zobrazením. Poetiku i sémantickou rovinu sbírek Kohout plaší smrt a Tvář budu následně komparovat a pokusím se postihnout vývoj Halasovy tvorby a téma existenciální úzkosti jako její konstantu.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the theme of death and existential anxiety in the work of František Halas, specifically in his two collections: The Cock Scares Death Away (1930) and The Face (1931). In addition to the theme of existential anxiety, I will deal with the poetics of the poetic text of these two collections, precisely in connection with its depiction. Then I will compare the poetics and semantic level of the collections The Cock Scares Death Away and The Face and try to capture the development of Halas's work and the theme of existential anxiety as its constant.
